How to use
- For a full bath, depending on the desired intensity, dissolve approx. 250 - 500 g of medesign Dead Sea bath salts in hot water and then add warm water until a water temperature of approx. 36-38°C is reached. The bath salt is also suitable for partial baths (e.g. foot baths) or warm compresses (e.g. for shoulder pain). To do this, dissolve a proportionate amount of bath salt in a suitable container (e.g. a bowl).
- The ideal bathing time is 15 - 20 minutes. After the bath you should take a warm shower. Avoid contact between the bath salts and your eyes.
- The bath salt unfolds its full, relaxing effect if you allow yourself a 30-60 minute rest after the bath, covered up warm, so that the minerals in the cells can develop their full effect.
- As medesign Dead Sea Bath Salt is a natural product, small clumps of bath salt may occur, but these dissolve immediately in the water.
