Basica Sport drinking powder is a dietary supplement with triple energy before, during and after sport.
The special formulation of Basica® Sport provides important performance-relevant nutrients in a hypotonic carbohydrate-electrolyte solution with minerals and vitamins before, during and after sport:
- Before sport: top up your energy stores!

Basica® Sport replenishes the body's own energy stores before sport and provides stamina and energy throughout the entire performance phase.
After sport, Basica® Sport accelerates regeneration with alkaline minerals that counteract hyperacidity.
Active ingredients
- Fast-dissolving drinking powder for athletes to produce a hypotonic carbohydrate electrolyte solution with minerals and vitamins.
- The special formulation of Basica® Sport provides important performance-relevant nutrients before, during and after sport. The carbohydrate-electrolyte solution helps to maintain endurance performance during prolonged endurance training and improves the absorption of fluids.
- Alkaline minerals (electrolytes): Magnesium and potassium contribute to normal muscle function. Calcium supports the energy metabolism, zinc supports the acid-base balance.
- Vitamins and trace elements: Vitamin C and selenium ensure healthy functioning of the immune system, vitamin B2 and copper support energy metabolism.
- Carbohydrates*: Contribute to the regeneration of muscle function when glycogen stores in the muscles are depleted after very intensive physical activity (*total 4 g per kg body weight within 4-6 hours after training).

Directions for use
Dissolve 30 g (5 scoops) of the drinking powder in 500 ml of water per serving. The powder can be mixed in drinking bottles to take with you. Depending on the intensity and duration of the sport, drink 2 to a maximum of 4 servings per day.
