This is where Basica Direkt® comes in, because the carefully selected alkaline minerals and trace elements have a variety of positive effects on the body and psyche:
- Zinc contributes to a normal acid-base balance and a regular carbohydrate and fatty acid metabolism.
- Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the maintenance of normal mental function. Like calcium , it also contributes to normal energy metabolism .
- Chromium supports normal macronutrient metabolism and molybdenum supports the normal metabolism of sulphur-containing amino acids.
- Microbeads that dissolve quickly in the mouth

Directions
- Take the contents of one stick in the morning and one in the evening.
- Take without water and allow to dissolve in the mouth. If required, you can drink something afterwards. Can be taken independently of meals.

- Ingredients: sweetener sorbitol, calcium citrate, acidity regulator potassium tartrate, magnesium citrate, magnesium oxide, anti-caking agent calcium salts of fatty acids, zinc citrate, natural flavouring, sodium molybdate, chromium chloride, sodium selenite.
- 2 sticks of Basica Direkt® contain quantity % NRV*: Calcium (as calcium citrate) 240 mg 30 %, magnesium (as magnesium citrate/oxide) 400 mg 107 %, zinc (as zinc citrate) 5 mg 50 %, molybdenum (as sodium molybdate) 50 µg 100 %, chromium (as chromium chloride) 40 µg 100 %, selenium (as sodium selenite) 30 µg 55 %. *% NRV = % of the reference amount for daily intake according to EU regulation. 1 g = 1000 mg; 1 mg = 1000 µg. One daily portion (2 sticks) of Basica Direkt® corresponds to 0.18 BE or 49 kJ (11 kcal).
