How to use

• Preparation: Create a relaxed atmosphere before use. The use of our Indian relaxation music and suitable fragrance essences has an extremely positive effect. The ear candle experience is much more intense with your eyes closed. The room must not be draughty. The flame must always burn quietly. Keep yourself warm with a blanket. It is best to lie comfortably on your side. Your head is supported by a pillow, with the ear canal pointing vertically upwards. During burning, small, cold ash particles can fly off if there is a draught in the room. To protect your hair and clothing, your partner can cover the surrounding area with a cloth as a precaution.
• Lighting: Once the preparation is complete, your partner takes a comfortable sitting position next to you. He/she lights an ear candle at the unlabelled end and places it vertically on your external auditory canal with the unlit end. With a slight twisting movement and gentle pressure, until the ear candle sits on the side and seals. The ear candle is correctly positioned when you can hear the pleasant crackling and hissing of the flame. The ear candle is held by your partner during the entire application. He/she makes sure that there is no hair near the flame.
• Burning: The ear candle may of course only be lit at the unlabelled end, opposite the inserted safety filter! It will never go out by itself! At the latest when it has burnt down to 1 cm above the surrounding safety mark, the rest must be carefully removed and extinguished in a glass of water.
• Treat both ears: You should always treat both ears one after the other with one candle each. At the end, your partner carefully removes any condensation residue that may adhere to the small ear hairs.
• Post-treatment rest: A subsequent rest of approx. 15 - 30 minutes supports the overall experience in an extremely positive way. You can also let yourself be pampered during this phase by soft relaxing music and the scent of fragrant essences.
• Storage: Please always store the ear candles in a dry and cool place in a sealable freshness bag.
