BIOGELAT® Magnesium 375 mg Film-Coated Tablets are a dietary supplement to maintain energy metabolism, electrolyte balance and normal muscle function.
Many foods contain magnesium. However, the body's ability to absorb it is often impaired by the fibre, preservatives or other minerals, such as calcium or iron, contained in these foods. Magnesium in particular is very important for the muscles, nerves and energy metabolism. BIOGELAT Magnesium 375 mg ensures an adequate supply of this important mineral.

Active ingredient
- Magnesium is a vital mineral that the body cannot produce itself. It must therefore be supplied in sufficient quantities with the daily diet. Natural foods such as wholemeal cereal products, unhulled rice, nuts and seeds are particularly good sources of magnesium. Our body needs magnesium for a variety of metabolic processes. Every energy-dependent process - from the movements of the muscles to the activities of the internal organs - is ultimately dependent on the presence of magnesium.
