Biobene Omega-3 Complex contains a combination of fatty acids specially formulated to maintain normal heart function from high-quality Asian perilla oil with approx. 60% ALA (alpha-linolenic acid) and contributes to the maintenance of normal cholesterol levels. The special feature of Biobene Omega-3 Complex is the combination of marine and plant-based high-dose omega-3 fatty acids in the optimum ratio of 3:2 EPA to DHA. This provides all the omega-3 fatty acids required by humans.

Directions
2 capsules daily as a dietary supplement: 1 perilla oil capsule in the morning (green blister) and 1 capsule in the evening (blue blister) after a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.

Each 1 capsule contains Perilla oil 500 mg of which: α-linolenic acid (ALA = ω-3) 300 mg; linoleic acid (ω-6) 80 mg; oleic acid (ω-9) 100 mg, cold-water fish oil 1000 mg of which: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA = ω-3) 320 mg; docosahexanoic acid (DHA = ω-3) 230 mg.
