Avitale Rhodiola Rosea capsules are a dietary supplement with extracts from the Rhodiola Rosea plant, combined with the nutrients magnesium and vitamin B1.
The storage roots are used to produce the extract. Our Rhodiola Rosea extract comes from Asia and contains at least 3% rosavins and 1% salidrosides. With magnesium to support the normal function of the nervous system and to reduce tiredness and fatigue and with vitamin B1, which contributes to normal mental function.

Take 1 capsule daily with a large glass of water with a meal.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Magnesium carbonate, Rhodiola rosea extract, maltodextrin, capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, vitamin B1, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable).
- Composition per daily dose (1 capsule) %NRV*: 200 mg Rhodiola rosea extract (with 3% rosavin, 1% salidrosides), 60 mg magnesium (16% NRV*), 1.4 mg vitamin B1 (127% NRV*). NRV* = % of the nutrient reference value (NRV) according to the EU Food Information Regulation.
