Avitale Folic Acid 400 Plus Tablets are a food supplement with folic acid, iodine and vitamin B12 in a practical click dispenser.
From the 13th week of pregnancy to the end of breastfeeding
Folic acid supports the growth of maternal tissue during pregnancy. Like vitamin B12, it contributes to cell division. Vitamin B12 and iodine contribute to normal energy metabolism, with vitamin B12 also supporting the normal formation of red blood cells. An increased supply of folic acid is recommended throughout pregnancy until the end of breastfeeding.

- Swallow 1 tablet daily with a meal and sufficient liquid.
- Notes: The small pink dots visible on the tablets are the natural colour of vitamin B12. Due to the iodine content, please consult your family doctor or gynaecologist before taking Avitale Folic Acid Plus Tablets if you suffer from a thyroid disorder or disease.
Ingredients
- Ingredients: Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, vitamin B12 (cobalamin), folic acid, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable) and silicon dioxide, potassium iodate (iodine).
- Composition per daily dose (1 tablet) %NRV*: 400 mcg folic acid (200% NRV*), 150 mcg iodine (100% NRV*), 10 mcg vitamin B12 (400% NRV*) * NRV = nutrient reference value / % of the nutrient reference value according to the EU Food Information Regulation.
