This high definition eyeliner pencil accentuates, intensifies and defines the eye contours for a deep black result. This black eyeliner pencil is resistant to water, sweat and moisture. The retractable lead allows a precise eyeliner line with a perfect eyeliner effect - from the very first application. Its soft and gentle texture is suitable for use on the inner and outer eye area as well as for blending on the eyelid. Made from purified pigments of natural origin.
