This gentle cleansing base with moisturising and nourishing active ingredients soothes dehydrated, irritated and sensitive skin and, thanks to its formulation with Avène Thermal Spring Water, facilitates compliance with medical acne treatment routines.

Active ingredients

Dextran sulphate - Decongestant and vasoconstrictor, soothes irritation and reduces redness.
Milk thistle oil - Plant-based active ingredient with patented properties from Pierre Fabre research. Anti-dryness active ingredient that stimulates ceramide synthesis and strengthens the skin's barrier function.
