How to use

• Measure the waist and hip circumference. Take the larger value and then select the product size.
• Open the product completely and make sure that both hip belts are fully unfolded. The end of the product with the waist belts will be placed on the back later. Make sure that the printed back is facing outwards and the soft fleece side is next to the skin.
• Carefully shape the absorbent part of the product lengthways into a "boat".
• Place the waist belt around the hips and secure it using the blue Velcro surface.
• Make sure that the product is still shaped lengthways into a "boat". Carefully pass the product from the back to the front between the legs and pull it up until it fits snugly between the legs and in the groin.
• Guide the product up to the closed waist belt and smooth it out. Close the flex by pressing the Velcro surfaces on the waist belt firmly.
