Aspecton® Junior cough suppressant Icelandic moss is a medicinal product for use in cases of irritation of the mucous membranes in the mouth and throat and associated dry irritating coughs. For children from 1 year of age.

The liquid extract contained in Aspecton ® Junior Cough Suppressant contains Icelandic moss mucilage, which is able to bind water and thus form a moisturising protective film. This protective film helps to soothe the irritating cough and calm the inflamed respiratory mucosa. Aspecton ® Junior cough suppressant is very well tolerated and there are no known interactions with other medicines, for example other cold remedies or antibiotics. The practical dosing aid ensures that the juice is taken safely and "spill-free" in the correct dose.

How to use

Children from 1 - 4 years take 2.5 ml 2 to 3 times a day, children from 5 - 10 years take 10 ml 2 times a day and children and adolescents from 11 - 16 years take 10 ml 3 to 4 times a day. The pack contains a dosing syringe for exact dosing.

Ingredients

Composition: 100 ml liquid contains 11.12 g liquid extract of Lichen islandicus (1:1) Other ingredients: Potassium sorbate, maltitol solution, citric acid anhydrous, hydroxyethyl cellulose, macrogol glycerol hydroxystearate, propylene glycol, sucralose, honey flavouring, purified water.
