Green clay is formed from the deposits of sedimentary rock. During its various transformation processes, the clay is enriched with many minerals and trace elements, such as silicon oxide (silica), magnesium, calcium, copper, manganese, selenium, iron, sodium and zinc. The minerals dissolved from the mineral clay can be absorbed via the intestines and thus supplement the mineral intake in a natural way.

How to use
- Face mask: Mix the clay with water to form a paste, apply to the face (avoiding the eyes and lips), leave on for 10-15 minutes and rinse off with warm water.
- Hair care: Mix the clay with water to create a shampoo that cleanses the scalp and regulates excess sebum. Or make a mask to apply to the scalp between shampoos.
- Baths and body wraps: Add green clay to bath water or use it for soothing body wraps.
