Composition and value-determining factors:

Maltodextrin, gelatine, calcium pantothenate (11.7%), niacin (10.5%), inositol (4.2%), choline citrate (3%), thiamine hydrochloride (2.8%), pyridoxole hydrochloride (1.9%), riboflavin (1.6%), medium-chain triglycerides

from vegetable oil, biotin (0.05%), folic acid (0.044%), cyanocobalamin (0.034%).

Recommended dosage:

Unless otherwise prescribed, take 2 capsules daily with liquid.

Properties:

Vitamin B is a group of eight vitamins that all act as precursors for coenzymes. The vitamins of the B group are chemically and pharmacologically completely different substances.

They are found in animal and plant foods (e.g. fish, dairy products, dark vegetables). Vitamin B12 is an exception. It is hardly found in plant foods, but unlike all other water-soluble vitamins, it can be stored in the body. Vitamin B complex capsules contain inositol and choline in addition to the eight B vitamins.

Among other things, the complex contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous and immune systems and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
