It is ideal for the care of very dry and flaky skin with diabetes and is particularly suitable for use on feet and legs. Biomimetic lipids and urea intensively moisturise the skin and strengthen the barrier function. Microsilver has an antibacterial effect and helps to prevent inflammation. Active ingredients

• Microsilver: As a highly pure, elemental silver powder, microsilver is especially known for its antimicrobial properties. It prevents skin inflammation caused by harmful microorganisms and at the same time supports the skin's natural flora. Redness and itching are effectively alleviated and the complexion is significantly improved.
• Saccharide Isomerate: Saccharide Isomerate is modelled on the carbohydrate composition of human skin. It binds water in the skin as a kind of moisturising magnet and provides immediate and long-lasting freshness. The skin even remains supple and moisturised for up to 72 hours. The active ingredient is therefore particularly suitable for dry and itchy skin and is effective against dandruff.
• 8% urea: 8% urea provides intensive moisturisation and is therefore ideal for the daily care of stressed skin areas such as hands, feet or elbows.
• Biomimetic lipids: Skin-related lipids have similar structural properties to the lipids found in the skin. Like natural barrier lipids, they arrange themselves in the typical, very compact lipid bilayers. As a result, they fit into the gaps in the lipid film of dry skin like perfectly fitting puzzle pieces and can thus repair the skin barrier.

How to use

Ideally, Allpresan diabetic foam cream MICROSILVER + REPAIR should be applied twice a day (morning and evening) or as required to very dry to scaly skin in order to optimally care for diabetic foot skin. A small amount is sufficient for larger areas of skin. Allpresan diabetic foam cream MICROSILVER + REPAIR is absorbed quickly and is non-greasy, so that clothing can be put on again straight away. The product is only suitable for external use. Please shake the foam cream can well before use and hold it upright when removing it. Before using for the first time, you should remove the tamper-evident seal on the back of the foam head.
