Allpresan® diabetic INTENSIV Foam Cream is a medical device – it provides intensive moisturisation and supports the skin’s healing process for very dry, cracked skin associated with diabetes.

Allpresan diabetic INTENSIV Foam Cream, containing 10% urea, has been specially developed for the daily treatment of very dry to cracked skin on the feet in people with diabetes. It provides the skin with intensive moisturisation and supports the natural healing process. It also strengthens the skin barrier and protects against further moisture loss. The light foam texture is quickly absorbed without leaving a greasy residue and is ideal for use on the feet and between the toes.

Active ingredients

• Panthenol: Dexpanthenol (INCI: PANTHENOL) is a precursor to a B vitamin and is also known as provitamin B5. Panthenol has a soothing, nourishing and moisturising effect on the skin and supports the wound-healing process. It is frequently used for the treatment of skin and mucous membranes, as well as for the treatment of superficial wounds.
• Saccharide Isomerate: Saccharide Isomerate is modelled on the carbohydrate composition of human skin. Acting as a kind of moisture magnet, it binds water within the skin and provides immediate and long-lasting freshness. The skin remains supple and hydrated for up to 72 hours. This active ingredient is therefore particularly well suited to dry and itchy skin and is effective against dandruff.
• 10% urea: Urea is a natural component of the skin. It is part of what is known as the NMF (Natural Moisturising Factor). It binds moisture and keeps the skin supple. In addition to its moisture-binding properties, urea at a concentration of 10% has a keratoplastic effect and is ideal for very dry and flaky skin.

Directions for use

Ideally, Allpresan Diabetic Foam Cream INTENSIVE should be applied twice daily (morning and evening) or as required to very dry to cracked areas of skin to provide optimal care and treatment for diabetic foot skin. Thanks to BarrioExpert technology, the foam cream is particularly economical – a small amount is sufficient even for larger areas of skin. Allpresan Diabetic Foam Cream INTENSIVE is quickly absorbed and is non-greasy, so clothing can be put back on straight away. The product is for external use only. Please shake the foam cream can well before use and hold it upright when dispensing. Before using for the first time, you should unlock the tamper-evident seal on the back of the foam head.
