Active ingredients

• Biomimetic lipids: Skin-like lipids have structural properties similar to those found in the skin. Like natural barrier lipids, they arrange themselves into the typical, very compact lipid bilayers. As a result, they fit into the gaps in the lipid film of dry skin like precisely matching jigsaw pieces, thereby repairing the skin barrier.
• Lactic acid: Lactic acid is an alpha-hydroxy acid (AHA) and is naturally present in the skin’s moisture balance. It plays an important role in regulating the pH level and helps the skin to stabilise its acid mantle. Thanks to its gentle exfoliating effect, lactic acid removes dead skin cells, smooths the skin’s surface and thus ensures a healthy and even complexion.
• 15% urea: A 15% concentration of urea is ideal for treating calluses. This higher concentration deeply moisturises the skin and is well suited to dry areas such as the knees, elbows, heels and hands. This active ingredient is used specifically for the treatment of flaky calluses.

Directions for use

Ideally, Allpresan Foot Special No. 4 Foam Cream should be applied to calloused areas of skin twice daily (morning and evening) or as required to provide optimal care for the skin on the feet. Thanks to Allpresan’s foam cream technology, this product goes a long way – a small amount is sufficient even for larger areas of skin. Allpresan Foot Special No. 4 Foam Cream is quickly absorbed and is non-greasy, so you can put your clothes back on straight away. The product is for external use only. Please shake the foam cream can well before use and hold it upright when dispensing. Before first use, you should unlock the tamper-evident seal on the back of the foam nozzle.
