Allpresan Foot Special No. 4 Foam Cream was specially developed for the intensive care of dry, calloused and cracked skin on the feet. With 15 % urea and lactic acid, the cream effectively reduces calluses, cracks and fissures and counteracts the formation of new ones.
Intensive care formula
The combination of 15 % urea and lactic acid ensures that calluses and cracks are effectively reduced. Glycerine and biomimetic lipids increase the skin's moisture content and support the regeneration of the skin barrier. In addition, the light foam texture is quickly absorbed by the skin without leaving a greasy feeling. This leaves the skin soft and supple and ensures a pleasant skin care experience.
Causes of callus formation
Calluses and chapped skin are often caused by constant pressure and friction, such as that caused by wearing uncomfortable shoes, standing or walking for long periods and inadequate care. The heels and balls of the feet are particularly affected, where the skin is under a lot of strain.

Active ingredients
- Glycerin: Glycerin is a natural component of the skin's Natural Moisturising Factor (NMF). As a natural moisturising factor, it is particularly well tolerated. Glycerin binds moisture and thus improves skin elasticity and stabilises the skin's barrier function.
- Allantoin: Natural allantoin is a metabolic end product in plant and animal organisms. Nevertheless, it is often produced synthetically today. Allantoin contributes to the removal of dead skin cells and thus promotes skin renewal. This smoothes the skin and improves its appearance. Allantoin also has moisturising properties, making the skin more supple and elastic. As an anti-inflammatory active ingredient, allantoin can soothe the skin and help to reduce redness and irritation.
- 18% urea: 18% urea has a dual effect: it intensively moisturises the skin and effectively reduces existing calluses. With regular use, it can even prevent the formation of new areas of calloused skin. The high concentration is ideal for heavily stressed areas such as heels.

How to use
Ideally, Allpresan Foot Special No. 4 Callus Reducing Cream should be applied once or twice a day (morning and/or evening) or as required to the affected and cleansed areas of skin in order to provide optimum care for the skin on the feet. This is a 14-day intensive treatment. Must not be applied to diseased or injured skin. Use on children and diabetics only after consulting a doctor. Do not apply to nails. For external use only.
