Indications for Schüßler Ointment No. 9:
Oily skin, acne, spots, abscesses (sweat gland abscesses), blackheads, swollen lymph nodes, rheumatic swelling (particularly of the small joints), slow-healing wounds.
Description:
Topical preparations generally have the advantage that the active ingredients reach the treatment site directly, without being diverted. Ointments are used when the affected areas of skin require moisturising because the skin is too dry (lacking in oil), cracked or rough. Furthermore, the effect of the minerals in ointments lasts longer because ointments are not absorbed as quickly.
