Oily skin, acne, pimples, abscesses (sweat gland abscesses), blackheads, swollen lymph nodes, rheumatic swellings (especially of small joints), poorly healing wounds.
Description:
Topical agents generally have the advantage that the active ingredients reach the treatment site directly without any detours. Ointments are used when the affected areas of skin need moisturising because the skin is too dry (low in fat), cracked or rough. The effect of the minerals in the ointments also lasts longer because ointments are not absorbed as quickly.
