If the aim is to remove harmful substances via a bath, the bath temperature should be higher than the body temperature, i.e. above 37°C. Due to the alkaline pH value of the bath water, the body is prompted to excrete acids through the skin in order to balance the pH value to the physiological value of approx. 7.4. This creates an osmotic pressure through which acid can be eliminated via the skin.

Application
Twice a week for approx. 30 to 50 minutes at 37 - 38°C: 3 full tablespoons for a full bath; foot, lower leg or hand baths: 1 tablespoon.
Special instructions
People with high blood pressure, circulatory problems or even heart problems should not take baths above body temperature. The ideal bathing temperature for them is 35° to 36.5°C.
BaseCare is only to be used for bathing or in the form of a mask, never ingest it! Do not get it in the eyes or on mucous membranes!
