Directions for use

• Adults: Take 2 capsules daily with meals and a glass of water.
• Tip: For best results, use regularly over a longer period of time.
• Notes: The capsules can be swallowed whole with water or opened and mixed into a cold drink or yoghurt. The vegan capsules are small, easy to swallow and gentle on the stomach, making them easy to take even for people who have difficulty swallowing.
