How it works

The carefully measured bitter taste, containing Bitrex – the world’s most bitter substance – prevents nail-biting. The Acetocaustin anti-nail-biting pen is applied to the nail using the easy-to-use brush pen. The liquid applied is invisible and non-shiny.

Directions for use

• To activate the pen, twist the top of the pen (only on first use) at least 15 times. Ensure that the tip of the brush pen is saturated with the liquid inside before use.
• The Acetocaustin pen for nail-biting is a handy pen that allows for easy, precise and quick application.
• Apply the Acetocaustin anti-nail-biting pen as required to the edge of the nail, the side of the nail or the cuticle. Thanks to the use of Bitrex, the world’s most bitter substance, the Acetocaustin anti-nail-biting pen does not need to be applied to the entire nail.
• We recommend using the Acetocaustin nail-biting pen for at least 21 consecutive days. Why 21 days? The liquid in the Acetocaustin nail-biting pen is based on the finding that breaking existing habits takes at least 21 days on average.
• The Acetocaustin anti-nail-biting pen dries within seconds. The bitter taste will gradually fade over a period of approximately 24 hours.
• The bitter liquid can be washed off by washing your hands with ordinary hand soap.
