Measuring your blood glucose is a breeze with FreeStyle Lite test strips, as the world’s lowest blood sample size of 0.3 µL means you need to prick your finger less often and squeeze or ‘milk’ your finger less. Another bonus: you can easily add more blood within a minute, which prevents unnecessary wastage of test strips. The FreeStyle Start control electrodes monitor the start of the measurement, ensuring you get accurate results. When used with the FreeStyle Lite and FreeStyle FREEDOM Lite monitoring systems, you can check your blood glucose straight away, as they operate without coding.
FreeStyle Lite test strips with ZipWik™ function
The test strip with the ZipWik™ function breaks the surface tension of the blood, making it quick and easy to apply the blood to the test strip*. For use with the FreeStyle Lite blood glucose meter.
The test strip with the ZipWik™ feature:
- Take up to 60 seconds to drip off, reducing test strip wastage.
- Apply blood from either the right or left side of the test strip.
- Small blood drop– just 0.3 µl of blood. The blood drop is easily absorbed by the ZipWik™ ‘noses’ on the strip. Accurate measurements with results in approximately 5 seconds.
