Directions for use

• Take 1 tablet daily with plenty of liquid (e.g. ½ glass of water). Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
• Notes: You should avoid taking any other dietary supplements containing zinc. Pregnant women should consult their doctor before taking this product due to its vitamin A content. People taking anticoagulant medicines (of the coumarin type) should consult their doctor before taking this product due to its vitamin K content.
