How to use

• Swallow 1 tablet daily with plenty of liquid (e.g. ½ glass of water). Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle
• Advice: The consumption of other zinc-containing food supplements should be avoided. Pregnant women should consult their doctor before taking this product due to its vitamin A content. People taking anticoagulants (coumarin-type) should consult their doctor before taking this product due to its vitamin K content.
