How to use

• For a full bath, add 15-20 ml to the bath water at approx. 37 °C. Recommended bathing time 15 minutes. 100 ml is sufficient for 5 to 6 full baths. A rest period is recommended after the bath. Add a few drops to the water for washing.
• Tip: After the bath, apply ARYA LAYA body oil or body lotion to slightly damp skin.
• The herbal bath can also be used as a sauna infusion: Add max. 1 tablespoon to approx. 5 litres of scooping water. Please do not use undiluted on the stones! It can also be used as a compress to relieve muscle tension (e.g. in the neck): Add a few drops to hot water (approx. 40 degrees) in a bowl or sink. Soak a towel in it and place it on the affected area. Cover with a dry bath towel to keep warm and leave on until the compress has cooled down. Also suitable for foot baths and bubble baths.
