It is not only professional athletes who sometimes quickly realise that their fingers are taking a heavy knock whilst playing sport. It is all too easy to sustain an unpleasant bruise or sprain whilst playing volleyball, basketball, boxing, handball, tennis or taking part in recreational sports. Tapes are often used in such cases. At the same time, tapes are also ideal for protecting fingers, blisters and nails, as they are splash-proof and waterproof. All APOfit tapes are latex-free. Their elasticity and the fact that they can be torn off by hand make them particularly convenient, turning them into valuable aids for minor injuries.

Application
When applying the tape, bear in mind that the aim is for the tape to allow as much mobility as possible whilst ensuring sufficient stability. Therefore, do not apply the tape too tightly. However, APOfit finger tapes are made from an elastic material which naturally gives way when needed. Please always disinfect your finger before applying the finger tape. This ensures that the tape adheres better and for longer.
