APOfit - Bergamot reggio is a 100% natural essential oil from Citrus bergamia.

Characteristics: A light green-yellowish oil with a fresh, sweet-fruity, slightly spicy-balsamic undertone. Light brownish in colour as it matures. Blends well with other essential oils such as lavender or geranium.

Areas of application: Wide range of applications for oral, skin and respiratory care. It has a soothing and nourishing effect on skin irritations. Bergamot has a positive effect on irritation of the oral mucosa and bad breath. The fragrance has a refreshing and revitalising effect on the entire body. Stress-related discomfort or even depression and anxiety give way to a positive and optimistic mood. It is widely used as a fragrance in cosmetics, but also in food and drinks (especially in Earl Grey tea).
