APOfit cold/heat compress with fleece cover is versatile, ideal for cold and warm applications for injuries and pain.
Areas of application for the cold/warm compress
- Cold application: localised pain relief and decongestant for acute inflammation of joints and muscles, blunt injuries, bruising, insect bites and toothache
- Warm application: locally stimulates circulation and relieves tension in sore muscles, back pain and menstrual cramps.
The APOfit cold/warm compress is reusable and is mainly used in sports areas to quickly cool minor sports injuries. However, it is also suitable for every private household or is used for heat therapy, e.g. for menstrual cramps or back pain.

Compress with fleece cover
Application
- Cold application: Place in the freezer compartment or freezer for approx. 2 hours. Effect: Localised pain relief, decongestant.
- Warm application: Place in hot water up to 80°C for approx. 2 minutes or heat in the microwave at 600 watts for a maximum of 25 seconds. Effect: Locally stimulates circulation, relieves tension.
- Notes: For external use only. Always place a cloth between the compress and the skin. Do not use for longer than 20 minutes, take a 30-minute break between applications. A doctor must always be consulted in the case of heart, circulatory and sugar disorders. Do not use on children under 3 years of age, helpless persons, sick persons or persons sensitive to heat or cold. Never use a damaged compress again. Keep out of the reach of children!
