APOfit Cross Tape is based on the principles of acupuncture. The cross tapes can be used for a wide range of physical complaints.
Uncomplicated and easy to use method.
The tapes are placed on specific points (the acupuncture points) and have a positive influence on the body through the meridians (pathways). The tissue under the Cross Tape plaster is stimulated, releasing adhesions and stimulating the flow of energy. The special nature of the plaster helps to release tension in the tissue. There are generally no undesirable side effects.
In general, cross tape can be used for a wide range of complaints:
- musculoskeletal disorders (back, knee, hip pain) - headaches
- Respiratory diseases (asthma, bronchitis, sinusitis)
- menstrual problems
- menopausal symptoms
- states of exhaustion
- dizziness
- ringing in the ears
- Irritable bladder
- skin eczema

Application
- Hold the Cross Tapes with a fingertip at one corner, hover over the painful area and observe the electrostatic reaction of the tape. The tape should move in the direction of the skin. A further tip: Before applying the tape, bend your back into a cat's hump, bend your knee and bend your forearm.
- It is generally possible to apply the plaster to any painful area. It remains on the skin for five to seven days and can also be used together with "normal" tapes.
- Notes: Do not apply to open wounds or transplanted skin, do not use if you are taking blood-thinning medication. Pregnant women should never apply the tapes to the lower legs or around the navel. This could activate irritation points, which can sometimes trigger labour pains. Please note in particular: if symptoms do not heal after a longer treatment period or if symptoms persist, a doctor should be consulted in any case!
