- The positive effect of aloe extracted from the leaf resin has been known for a long time. The ingredients include aloin, barbaloin, isobarbaloin, anthracene, anthranol, chrysophanic acid, cinnamic acid and its esters. Aloe vera gel is offered in skin care products with a moisturising effect.
- The main active ingredient activates the immune system and protects the cell membranes. Aloe vera also contains minerals (Ca, Mg, Zn, Se, etc.), vitamins, amino acids and secondary plant substances (flavonoids).
