- AMAZONAS Acerola lozenges are made from acerola fruit powder containing 17% natural vitamin C.
- The acerola powder is a 100% natural vitamin C fruit powder with no synthetic additives and is made from whole cherries, which contain not only vitamin C but also numerous minerals and phytochemicals. These natural ‘carriers’ ensure that the vitamin C is effectively absorbed by the body.
The powder is produced using a spray-drying process, with the addition of the carrier substance organic maltodextrin derived from cassava, which is necessary to ensure the powder’s shelf life.
As the human body cannot produce vitamin C itself, we must ensure an adequate supply of this vitamin.
