Directions for use
Dissolve 1 sachet (= 4g) in ¼ litre of water and take BEFORE going to bed.

- Ingredients: glucose, fructose, magnesium carbonate, magnesium oxide, sodium hydrogen carbonate, acidifier (citric acid, tartaric acid), choline hydrogen tartrate, lemon flavouring, zinc gluconate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, thiamine hydrochloride, riboflavin-5-sodium phosphate, niacin, calcium pantothenate, folate, cyanocobalamin.
