Sweating, also known as perspiration, is a completely natural function of the body to release excess heat and thus regulate body temperature. In addition to the function of sweating as a regulator of the water balance and the elimination of metabolic waste products, increased or heavy sweating can be caused by a wide variety of factors.

Apart from external conditions such as climatic or physical ones, a variety of reasons can be responsible for irregular and intermittent sweating, for example: psychological stress such as anxiety or excitement, emotional imbalance or even pathological sweating such as anhidrosis, hypohidrosis and hyperhidrosis. An intense and unpleasant odour often develops in connection with increased sweating. Unpleasant odours can occur on most parts of the body. The decomposition of skin bacteria is primarily responsible for the typical odour. This is most noticeable in the groin area, armpits, chest, skin folds and between the toes. In everyday life, especially at work, this can be an enormous burden for the person affected and those around them.

AHC Forte® antiperspirant temporarily narrows the sweat pores, allowing significantly less sweat secretion to reach the surface of the skin. Sweating is greatly reduced or temporarily prevented completely on the areas of skin treated with AHC Forte®. The activity of the sweat glands is reduced to a natural level without inhibiting their function. A partial reduction in sweating does not affect your body's temperature balance. The body still has sufficient evaporation surfaces available.

The skin layers on the sole of the foot and the palm of the hand have different properties. Stronger ingredients have therefore been specially added. This in turn achieves an optimum effect. AHC Forte® is based on high-quality ingredients that fulfil very high standards. This guarantees very good efficacy with good tolerability.

AHC Forte® is free from nanoparticles, parabens, triclosan and perfumes.

Areas of application

Primarily on the palms of the hands and soles of the feet
In exceptional cases also on other areas (armpits, back). However, you should definitely try AHC Classic® or AHC Sensitive® antiperspirant on the armpits, forehead, back, etc. first.
Easy and safe to use

With high-quality and skin-friendly active ingredients:

Salvia officinalis (sage) counteracts excessive perspiration, sweat-regulating refreshing effect
Unsea barbata (beard lichen) known as a natural remedy with a strong antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effect
Eugenia cariophyllus (clove flower) has an anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving effect

How to use

For the first 3 - 5 days, always dab or apply a very thin layer (approx. 15 to 20 times) to the areas to be treated in the evening using a lightly soaked cotton wool ball, cotton bud or directly with the fingertip. For the first 3 - 5 days you should repeat this exactly the same every evening. Later only weekly as required. Application in the evening is recommended for the following reasons. The solution can be fully absorbed at night, dry out and achieve the desired effect the following day. You also avoid the risk of the solution leaving residues or discolouration on your clothing. Allow the solution to dry completely (2 - 4 hours) before putting on your clothes, as this could discolour them.

Use very little AHC. In some cases, temporary itching may occur after dabbing. This is normal and usually disappears after approx. 5 - 10 applications. Shorten your underarm hair to a minimum so that the liquid can reach the skin surface directly. If you shave your armpits, wait at least 24 hours until the next application. For the first few days, only treat parts of the entire area to be treated. Test the reaction of your skin first. Work from the centre outwards.
