AEON PROTECT PLUS was developed specifically for ophthalmic eye surgeons based on the needs of their patients before and after eye surgery. It has a unique formulation that has been enhanced to provide an artificial tear to relieve moderate to severe dry eyes. AEON PROTECT PLUS is the only eye drop indicated for use before eye surgery.

AEON PROTECT PLUS uses one of the first cross-linked sodium hyaluronate eye drops available on the market, which results in longer-lasting moisturisation of the ocular surface. It is stored in an innovative dropper, which means that the solution remains sterile without preservatives and is also phosphate-free.

AEON PROTECT PLUS is a preservative- and phosphate-free solution with cross-linked sodium hyaluronate. Cross-linked sodium hyaluronate retains more water and has a higher viscoelasticity than normal, non-cross-linked sodium hyaluronate, which results in longer lubrication of the ocular surface. AEON PROTECT PLUS eye drops are suppliedin a special bottle for sterile, preservative-free solutions.
