400 mg of high-quality organic magnesium in the form of bisglycinate + malate for muscles, bones, the nervous system, energy and mental function.
For noticeable support with highly absorbable magnesium in just a few easy-to-swallow capsules a day. This balanced, advanced formula contributes to the normal functioning of the muscles and nervous system, healthy bones, the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal psychological function and the maintenance of electrolyte balance. Directions for use
- Adults: 1–4 capsules daily with a meal.
