Tegaderm™ Transparent Film Dressing can be used to cover and protect catheter insertion sites and wounds, to provide an ideal moist environment for wound healing and to secure medical devices to the skin.
Tegaderm Film is a transparent film dressing on a roll that you can cut to size yourself. It can be used as a protective covering for vulnerable skin, for clean, closed skin sutures or as a secondary dressing for moist wound treatment. It is breathable, offers good water vapour permeability and is waterproof. It protects against dirt and water and is therefore ideal for showering and bathing.
