3M™ Tegaderm™ HP Transparent Film Dressing is a breathable, conformable dressing with stretchability and increased adhesion - even in moist skin conditions.
Our dressings are latex-free and breathable to allow normal skin function. Improved comfort as the dressing moulds to the contours of the body and responds flexibly to patient movement.
Properties
- Breathable film allows oxygen in and water vapour out
- Adhesive-free retaining tabs enable precise and easy application
- Stretches with the skin for increased patient comfort
- For waterproof, sterile protection against external contaminants such as fluids, bacteria and viruses In vitro tests show that the transparent film provides protection against viruses with a diameter of 27 nm or more as long as the dressing remains intact and tight
- The transparent dressing enables continuous visual monitoring of the catheter insertion site or wound

- For covering and protecting catheter puncture sites
