- Water-resistant, sterile protection: Protects the catheter insertion site or wound from external contaminants such as bacteria, viruses, blood and body fluids – In-vitro tests demonstrate that the transparent film provides protection against viruses with a diameter of 27 nm or greater, provided the film dressing remains intact and free from leaks
- The breathable film allows oxygen to enter and water vapour to escape
- Adhesive-free tabs allow for precise and hassle-free application, reducing the risk of the dressing sticking to gloves or the material itself
- The transparent dressing allows continuous visual monitoring of the catheter insertion site
- The dressing stretches with the skin, ensuring greater patient comfort
- Can be worn for up to seven days
