How to use
- Open the Velcro fastener on the wrist and thumb support. Place your hand in the support and insert your thumb into the thumb hole.
- Guide the wrist support around the wrist and close it under the wrist. Adjust the Velcro fasteners so that you have a firm but comfortable fit.
- Place the thumb strap around the thumb. You can also place the strap over the ball of the thumb for additional stabilisation.
