Instructions for use

1. Pull the Velcro fastener through the slit to form a loop. Position the brace below the knee joint.
2. The pressure pad should be directed towards the tendon.
3. Tighten the support to a comfortable, gentle level of compression and fasten the strap. Turn the adjustment dial clockwise until the desired level of compression is achieved.
4. Adjust the dial so that the pressure can be increased or decreased depending on your level of activity; do not tighten it too much.
