Instructions

1. If necessary, remove the pads on the inside of the support. Position the lacing in the centre of the spine.
2. Place the side panels around the waist and fasten the support so that it fits comfortably but snugly.
3. Grasp the drawstring tabs on both sides and pull them outwards until the support belt provides the desired level of support.
4. Bring the drawstring tabs round to the front and fasten them. Adjust the fit of the support if necessary.
