vitaldoc® BIO papaya seeds (Carica Papaya L.) come from controlled organic cultivation and contain the enzyme papain.

The seeds from dried papaya fruit, which look like pepper, contain valuable vital substances and dietary fibre, e.g. the alkaline enzymes papain and carpain. Among other things, the enzyme papain produces the essential amino acid arginine, which the human body cannot produce sufficiently itself. Chewing the seeds creates a breath-freshening flavour.

Directions

Chew approx. 6 seeds 2 to 3 times a day, then drink plenty of water. The seeds are also ideal for the pepper mill.
Note: Not suitable for women during pregnancy and small children.
