Collagen hydrolysate consists of collagen peptides, i.e. individual fragments of collagen. Collagen peptides are frequently used in dietary supplements.

Directions for use
- Once a day, pour the contents of one sachet into a glass and mix with water (200 ml). Drink the mixture immediately after mixing.
- Tip: This handy powder is designed to be dissolved in 200 ml of liquid and tastes good in many drinks and with muesli.
