• Glucosamine sulphate plays an important role in maintaining healthy joints and provides the joints with the nutrients they need to regenerate cartilage.
• Chondroitin sulphate is one of the most important natural building blocks of cartilage. It regulates the water content and this in turn has a positive effect on the elasticity of the joint cartilage.
• Menaquinone activates enzymes that are responsible for the storage of calcium in the bones.
• Niacin (vitamin B6) is important for protein, fat and carbohydrate metabolism. It therefore contributes to energy production and the maintenance of healthy muscles, skin and nerves.
