Isosource® Junior Energy Fibre supports diet management in cases of malnutrition from 1 year of age. The balanced diet provides 1.5 kcal/ml and effectively covers increased energy requirements in the case of chronic illnesses.

Indications

For diet management in case of existing malnutrition or risk of malnutrition and/or in case of

• limited ability to consume sufficient food orally
• increased energy and nutrient requirements (e.g. infections, chronic illnesses, consumptive diseases, failure to thrive, cystic fibrosis)
• Fluid restriction, e.g. in renal and cardiac insufficiency

Directions for use

• 500-1,500 ml per day depending on the child's requirements or as directed by a doctor
• Storage: Shake before use. Store unopened in a cool, dry place. If using the spike or universal adapter, apply within 24 hours. Reseal opened bottle, store in refrigerator and use within 24 hours.
• Important notes: Use under medical supervision. Suitable as sole source of nutrition. Suitable for children from 1 year of age. Do not mix with other food or medicines. Not for parenteral use.
