Directions

• Take 7 micronutrient tablets and 7 omega-3 fatty acid capsules throughout the day on an empty stomach 1 hour before a meal or 3 hours after a meal with plenty of cold liquid. The micronutrient tablets have an enteric coating and can be halved at the break notch.
• Our tip: 3 tablets + 3 capsules in the morning and 4 tablets + 4 capsules in the evening.
