Ingredients included are:

• Spirulina extract: Spirulina belongs to the cyanobacteria genus. These are among the oldest living organisms on earth. Spirulina has been used as a source of nutrients for almost 1,000 years.
• Beta-glucans: Beta-glucans are found naturally in various forms in fungi, yeasts and cereals. They consist of multi-linked and branched glucose molecules (polysaccharides) and are classified as dietary fibres.
• Vitamin D3: Vitamin D3 can be obtained from food and formed in the skin through exposure to sunlight. It is difficult to fulfil the requirement, especially with little sun exposure. Supplementing with vitamin D3 can therefore be particularly useful in the dark winter months. Vitamin D3 supports the absorption of calcium from the intestine and its incorporation into bone tissue.
• Selenium: Selenium is a vital trace element and supports the immune system, among other things. A main source of selenium is animal foods. Vegetarians and vegans must therefore pay particular attention to a sufficient supply of selenium. Dietary supplements with selenium can help to achieve the recommended intake levels. *Selenium contributes to the normal function of the immune system
• Zinc: Zinc is one of the most important essential trace elements for the human body. It makes a decisive contribution to the function of many metabolic processes.* The requirement can usually be covered by a balanced diet, especially with animal foods. Nevertheless, around 20 - 30 % of Central Europeans have an insufficient intake. *Zinc contributes to the normal metabolism of macronutrients, zinc contributes to the normal function of the immune system, zinc has a function in cell division.

How to use

Consume the contents of one drinking ampoule daily. Please shake the ampoule well before use! immunLoges® direct can also be mixed with yoghurt or drinks.
