How to use

• Brush your teeth before each use.
• Make sure your hands are clean and dry.
• Remove the pre-filled tray from the sealed pouch and place it in your mouth immediately. Make sure that the gel is in contact with the tooth surface. Press the splint on carefully with your thumbs. The upper and lower jaw can be whitened at the same time.
• Close your lips gently over the tray and close your mouth carefully. Caution: Biting down too hard can cause excess gel to leak out of the tray and flow away from the teeth. Avoid swallowing the gel.
• Remove the tray after 20 minutes and dispose of it immediately. Rinse your teeth and gums carefully with water to remove any gel residue.
