Dosage form
Application
- Clean and dry the wound before applying the flint Med skin tear adhesive. For small tears, wait until the bleeding has stopped. Spread the liquid plaster with the appropriate spatula so that the wound is completely filled and covered. Allow to dry for a few seconds. Repeat the application 2 to 3 times a day until the wound is completely healed. Clean the spatula after each use and close the bottle carefully. The product should not be used by more than one person.
- The film dressing can be removed if necessary. Simply apply a drop of the product to the existing layer and remove immediately by dabbing with a gauze swab.
- Warnings: For use on the skin only. Apply only to localised wounds. Do not apply to wounds that are still bleeding or infected (inflamed) wounds. Do not apply to burns. Avoid contact with external and internal mucous membranes (mouth, lips, vaginal and anal mucous membranes). Avoid direct contact with the eyes and the area around the eyes. May cause eye irritation. In case of accidental contact, rinse the affected area with plenty of water for several minutes. Do not swallow. Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to one or more ingredients. Do not use on children and adolescents under 15 years of age. After each use, clean the spatula thoroughly before reinserting it into the vial. Avoid using the product for more than one person. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use the product if the packaging is damaged. Do not use after the stated expiry date. Highly flammable liquid and vapour. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other sources of ignition. Protect from sunlight and heat. Do not smoke. Store in a cool and dry place. Container
