Directions for use

• Capsules: 2 capsules daily with sufficient liquid at mealtimes.
• L-arginine drinking tablets: 5-6 days from ovulation per cycle From ovulation, take 1 x1 drinking tablet in 200 ml of water daily for 6 consecutive days.
• Optimum timing: Ideally, start taking fertiliQ F 35 3 months before the planned time of conception.
